I have an ileostomy and wanted to know if the EZVent is suited for ileostomies.. my output is usually fairly thin.. was wondering if it might leak.. and also my pouch has a cloth cover.. will the adhesive stick to the cloth cover?

There are many ileostomates using the OEV. Since liquids do not effect the use of the OEV it is ideal for ileostomates with gas conserns.

The Osto-EV-Vent is ideal for ileostomates since liquids do not effect the OEV.
As for the cover, DO NOT attach the OEV to the cover, trim away a section of the cover and clean pouch as recommended, attach the OEV directly to the pouch. If the OEV is attached to the cover and the hole is made through the cover and pouch any matter in the pouch will leak between the layers. Crying or Very sad
